Dream away in Winssen....

It is wonderful to dream away in this beautiful loft on the top floor of a beautiful old farm in Winssen. This characteristic old farm from 1900 is located in a quiet area on a dead-end road in the middle of the beautiful nature of Winssen. A big plus of this spacious apartment is the enclosed private garden with heated swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of September, depending on weather conditions). Enjoy a splash in the pool and then sit down at the large dining table for a delicious barbecue.

Apartment De Gelderse Hoeve is suitable for 8 people (+ 2 babies) and is located on the first floor of a beautiful recently renovated farmhouse. The attractive living room of approximately 50m2 is comfortably furnished and equipped with a corner sofa and a large dining table. There are several board games in the cupboard. Don't feel like playing a game or have you booked a business stay? There is an HD flat-screen TV, a Chromecast speaker (streaming via your own smartphone) and a fast fiber optic WiFi connection.

The modern kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, kettle, combination microwave (oven), refrigerator, freezer and a 4-burner gas hob. There are 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm. Above the living room there is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed of 140x200 cm. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, toilet, design radiator and a large rain shower. If you want to bring 1 or 2 babies, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Important: The owner of the apartment lives on the ground floor of the farm.

Surroundings

Winssen is the smallest village in the municipality of Beuningen, this idyllic village is located in the heart of the Maas and Waal country. Due to its central location, this Dream Villa is an ideal base. You can enjoy cycling or walking through rolling hills and past vineyards with a view of the rivers. Water sports area De Gouden Ham is a stone's throw away. The church villages, the Gardens of Appeltern, the Belt Mill in Hernen or Bergharen, the medieval Hernen Castle and the Land of Delights visitor center in Leur are definitely worth a visit!

In the nearby villages of Wijchen and Druten there are several restaurants, cafes, theaters, a swimming pool and a golf course. In addition, the old Maas towns of Grave, Ravenstein and Batenburg are fun to discover. The cities of Nijmegen, Den Bosch and Arnhem are reachable within 30 minutes, here you will find plenty of history, culture and restaurants, but also many shops for shopping or strolling around.

You can park for free on the grounds of the apartment. There is also a bus stop within walking distance, you can be in Nijmegen or Druten within 20 minutes. The nearest train stations are Wijchen, Nijmegen and Tiel. The nearest airport is Weeze Airport, other airports are Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Düsseldorf International.
