Holiday home layout

The Droomvilla is situated in a quiet place between Winterswijk and Aalten. The country road leading to it is surrounded by nature with meadows and trees, and the last 100 meters are via a dirt path. The house consists of 2 buildings, the main house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and the annex has 2 family rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upon entering, you are welcomed in a spacious entrance with a wardrobe and toilet. The cozy living room features a TV, music box, comfortable seating area, and an atmospheric wood stove – ideal for cozy evenings. The open kitchen is a true dream for cooking enthusiasts, equipped with a cooking island, dining bar, long dining table, induction cooktop, double refrigerator, steam oven, combi-oven/microwave, two dishwashers, Quooker and Nespresso machine. (Bring your own large round filters for the coffee!) The utility room offers a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and microwave, ensuring everything is comfortably arranged. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet. On the first floor, there are no less than 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Perfect for privacy and comfort!

In the annex, there is a recreation room with a TV, sofa, Xbox, and an American refrigerator for extra enjoyment and relaxation. Play table tennis and foosball or unwind in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna, shower, and two fitness machines. The first floor of the annex has 2 bedrooms with four single beds and 2 bathrooms, ideal for extra guests or children.

In the spacious, enclosed garden, you can relax and play to your heart's content. Enjoy the first covered terrace with a large dining table for 12 people - perfect for cozy dinners, barbecues (bring your own charcoal), or just sitting outside together. There’s a nice lounging area on the covered second terrace by the main building, complete with a cozy garden table and six comfortable chairs. For the little ones, there is a fun playground with swings and a climbing frame, plus a trampoline for extra jumping fun. Of course, there is also a heated swimming pool available from April 1 to October 1, surrounded by inviting sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
