Beach House Layout

Our Beach Houses accommodate up to four people and are cleverly and comfortably furnished. The bright living room features a cozy sitting area and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, coffee pod machine, and kettle. From the living room, you step directly onto the veranda: a wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee, soak up the sun, or chat together in the evening while listening to the sea in the background.
There is one bedroom with two single beds and a cozy box bed with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink; the toilet is separate. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Thanks to air conditioning, the house is pleasantly cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the spring and autumn. The Beach Houses are arranged in two rows; this type is on the second row and offers a partial sea view.

Zandvoort is vibrant year-round. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the sea or learn a new water sport like stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, or surfing. Discover the peace and beauty of the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes or Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, perfect for hiking and cycling. Prefer a bit more action? Feel the adrenaline rush at the F1 circuit or settle in at one of the lively beach clubs for a drink in the sun. Fancy a day of culture and urban charm? Haarlem is less than 10 kilometers away and surprises with its historic center, museums like the Frans Hals Museum, charming shops, and excellent restaurants. Cities like Amsterdam and Alkmaar, with its famous Cheese Market, are also easily accessible. In short: Dream Villa Beach Houses Zandvoort is the ideal base for a diverse seaside holiday.

Important information
- There is no dedicated parking lot. Parking fees are high directly on the beach and in the town center. We recommend using a parking garage or lot on the outskirts of Zandvoort. You can purchase affordable multi-day parking tickets for several parking lots through the Zandvoort Municipality website.
- Zandvoort is easily accessible by public transport. Take the train to Zandvoort aan Zee and then transfer to bus line 81 or 84. From the "Circuitingang" bus stop, it's a 200-meter walk to the beach entrance.
- A high chair and crib are available. There isn't enough room in the bedroom for the crib. Space is limited in the house, so when unfolded, there's less freedom of movement in the living room/kitchen.
