Stay in a brand new holiday home in Sint Maarten in North Holland and enjoy the facilities of the small-scale holiday park where the house is situated. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a playground, sports area and a bowling alley. It is a cozily furnished house and it is fully equipped for 6 people. Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point to discover North Holland!

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor you find the cozy living room with sitting area, TV and dining table, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink are also on the ground floor. Step out through the patio doors and enjoy the terrace and the garden. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor as well.

Surroundings

The holiday home is only 6 km remote from the beach and the sea, so do not forget your bike! The surroundings are quiet, wide and green and the park is located next to 2 small lakes. The golf course is only 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a tour through North Holland. Sint Maarten is the starting point of various walking routes. Explore the cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.

This house is only rented as a holiday home.

    Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Auch der Park war total schön. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

    Moderne inrichting, grote slaapkamers + woonkamer en keuken. Een fijn buitenverblijf met lounge hoek. Sterke wifi.

  5. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, alles neu, und sehr sauber, gute Innenausstattung. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn im Bad EG die Möglichkeit bestanden hätte Handtücher aufzuhängen und Fenster zur Lüftung vorhanden wären.

  6. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Reinigung vorher war top durchgeführt worden. Es wäre gut für nachfolgende Gäste, noch einige detaillierte Informationen hinzuzufügen. Zum Beispiel ist die Kaffeemaschine eine spezielle Nespressomaschine. Auch wenn 4 Kapseln beigelegt worden sind, ist das bei einer Belegung von 5 Personen ja nicht ausreichend. Eine Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung, besonders am Abend fehlte leider - so konnte man also nur das Licht auslassen oder für alle sichtbar "agieren". Die Elektroladesäule direkt am Haus ist top!
