Everything about this dream villa is wonderful! From its peaceful location within walking distance of the beach and forest to its modern, spacious and bright interior, large garden and terrace, and, last but not least, its lovely Finnish sauna. Villa Evi accommodates up to 6 guests and is situated in a small, family-friendly holiday park near De Koog. The park has a restaurant and a playground. Fresh bread rolls and bicycle rentals are available at reception. 

Holiday Home layout

On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a comfortable seating area, a large open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need, and, of course, a dining table for the whole group. Through the sliding doors, you can step straight out into the spacious, fully enclosed garden. Here, you will find a paved terrace with outdoor furniture.

The spacious entrance hall has a separate toilet and also provides access to the first bedroom, which has its own bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds and a TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.

The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds and a TV. The shared bathroom features a whirlpool bath with bubbles and a smart TV, a sauna, a walk-in shower with a Sunshower infrared shower system, and a vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. The utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, there is a garden shed with a charging point for an e-bike. All windows are fitted with insect screens, and the entire villa has underfloor heating. 

Surroundings

De Koog is the perfect base for exploring Texel! This charming seaside resort is close to the beach and surrounded by dunes and woodland. At Villa Nore, you can enjoy peace and space while the lively village centre and the sea are always nearby. In the charming centre of De Koog, you will find lovely shops, inviting outdoor terraces and restaurants serving local specialities. Take a walk through the dunes, enjoy a long stroll along the beach, explore the island by bike or admire a beautiful sunset by the sea. Discover Duinen van Texel National Park, go birdwatching in the nature reserves or visit Ecomare. And, of course, no stay on Texel would be complete without a refreshing day enjoying the sea air on the beach!
