The house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

At the front of the holiday home are the bright, cozy living room with a cozy sitting area, a TV, two double bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), the dining table and the kitchen. From the kitchen you walk to the back of the house, where the third bedroom, bathroom with shower and a sink and the toilets are located. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!

The big advantage of this Droomvilla is its ideal location in the center of Egmond aan Zee. The beach, dunes, shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this holiday apartment. Also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are located in close vicinity.
