At the front of the holiday home are the bright living room with a cozy seating area, a TV, two double bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), the dining table, and the kitchen. From the kitchen, you walk through to the back of the house, where the third bedroom (double), bathroom with shower and sink, and toilets are located. In front of the house, on a charming little square, a comfortable bench is available for guests, and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee is just a stone's throw away.

The big advantage of this Droomvilla is its ideal location in the center of Egmond aan Zee. The beach, dunes, shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this holiday apartment. Also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are located in close vicinity.
