A stay at Droomvilla Waterstaete Villa is a dream come true! The location of this holiday home could not be better: step straight from your terrace into the water, cast a fishing line, or hop into your boat. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features a spacious, sunny waterfront terrace. Inside, the villa is equally spacious and cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay even when the sun decides not to appear. On-site, you can rent a boat or a bicycle, and children can enjoy the playground facilities, including a pull-up bar and a swing. There is plenty to discover in and around Breukelen, and the villa’s location is also ideal for nature excursions or day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Please note: Groups of young people are not permitted in this holiday home.
Holiday home layout
On the ground floor, you will find the bright living room with a comfortable seating area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open directly onto the terrace, where you can relax on the picnic table, lounge set, or adjustable garden chairs. For warm summer days, a sunshade and parasol are provided. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The first floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds placed together, while the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The spacious bathroom on this floor includes a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
The third bedroom is located in the guest house, approximately 3 metres from the main villa. The guest house contains a bedroom with two single beds and a large storage room with a washbasin. Please note that there is no toilet in the guest house. To access the guest house, you will need to walk down three steps.
Surroundings
The Gooi and Vecht region is known for its historic waterfronts, old forts, expansive lakes, picturesque villages such as Breukelen, Maarssen, and Huizen, protected nature reserves, as well as sand drifts, forests, and heathlands. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking, and boating, but also for spending a relaxing day on or by the water.
This small-scale holiday park is located directly on the Loosdrecht Lakes and enjoys a strategic position between Amsterdam and Utrecht. The Loosdrecht Lakes are ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Nearly all of the lakes are accessible to pleasure boats, and visitors can also enjoy swimming, fishing, and stand-up paddleboarding. With its many marinas, shops, and restaurants, the Loosdrecht Lakes area is a vibrant recreational destination.

-The third bedroom is located in the guest house, which has a washbasin but no toilet.
- To reach the guest house, you need to walk down three steps.
- The guest house also contains a storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer; the garden furniture cushions are stored here as well.
- This is a small-scale holiday park; therefore, groups of young people, parties, and events are not permitted.
- One parking space is included. A second parking space is available for €4 per day, subject to availability.
- You can bring your own boat, maximum length 7 meters, launching costs €75, advance reservation is recommended.
- Fishing is only permitted from your own terrace; in winter (Nov 1 - April 1), fishing is also allowed at the end of the harbor. Please note, a fishing license is required!
