Zon in de duinen is a holiday home with a fireplace on a small holiday park in Sint Maarten in North Holland. You can use the park's facilities, such as the open-air swimming pool, the playground, the sports field and the jeu de boules court.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor, there is the cozy and bright living room with sitting area, TV, fireplace, and dining table, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with toilet. Through the French doors, you step directly onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds). There is a separate toilet on the first floor.

Surroundings

The holiday home is only 6 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. The area is quiet, wide and green and the park is located against 2 small lakes. The golf course of Dirkshorn is 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a bike ride through North Holland. There are also several walking routes departing from Sint Maarten. The Zwanenwater nature reserve is a fifteen-minute drive away. The cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam can be discovered from here and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.

This house is only rented out as a recreational home.
